First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tested a cream called delgocitinib, applied twice daily, in 362 Chinese adults and adolescents (ages 12-17) with moderate to severe chronic hand eczema. The goal was to see if the cream could clear or nearly clear the eczema and reduce itch compared to a cream without medicine. The trial is complete, and results will show how well the cream works and if it is safe.
