Higher defibrotide doses tested for transplant liver complication

Summary
This study is for people who developed a serious liver condition called sinusoidal obstructive syndrome (SOS) after a stem cell transplant and did not get better with standard defibrotide treatment. Researchers want to see if giving higher doses of defibrotide is safe and tolerable. About 20 participants will receive increasing doses while being closely monitored for side effects.
