Muscle relaxation depth may affect pain and recovery after hysterectomy

Summary
This study looks at whether deeper muscle relaxation during open hysterectomy improves surgical outcomes, reduces pain, and lowers inflammation compared to moderate relaxation. About 88 women undergoing elective hysterectomy will take part. Researchers will measure pain scores, opioid use, and blood markers of inflammation.
