Summary
This study tested a special physical therapy program for people with multiple sclerosis (MS) that adds exercises to improve sensation and deep sense, alongside standard muscle strengthening. The goal was to see if this combined approach could improve walking and balance better than standard therapy alone. Forty adults with MS took part, and their progress was measured after 21 sessions using walking tests and balance scales.
