This study tested whether deep breathing exercises can reduce pain and help stabilize heart rate and blood pressure in people who just had a procedure to open blocked leg arteries. 100 adults took part, with half doing the breathing exercises and half receiving standard care. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free method could improve comfort and recovery.
