First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 31 times
Summary
This study explores whether three deconstructive meditation practices (prostrations, Koan Mu, mirror exercise) can improve well-being and self-awareness more than standard mindfulness. About 240 healthy adults with meditation experience will be randomly assigned to one of four groups. Researchers will measure changes in non-dual awareness, happiness, and compassion over six months.
