Summary
This early-stage study is testing a new drug called DCR-PDL1 in about 32 adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to check the drug's safety and how the body processes it, not to cure the cancer. Participants will receive increasing doses of the drug through an IV to find the safest dose.
