First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This early-phase trial tests a combination of immune cells (DC-CIK), a bispecific antibody, and a targeted drug as a third-line treatment for advanced colorectal cancer. It enrolls 14 adults who have failed standard therapies. The goal is to see if this triple therapy can shrink tumors and improve survival, especially in patients whose cancers are resistant to current immune treatments.
