New lupus drug enters human testing

Summary
This study tests a new medicine, DB-2304, for safety and how it works in the body. It includes healthy volunteers and people with lupus (SLE or CLE). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and to find the right dose for future studies. About 148 people will take part.
