Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called DB-1317 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and check for side effects, while also looking for any signs that the drug can shrink tumors. About 233 participants will take part across multiple centers.
