Power naps on the pitch? study tests if sleep boosts soccer skills
NCT ID NCT07264777
Summary
This study looked at whether short daytime naps could help young soccer players perform better and feel less tired. Sixteen healthy male players from a competitive team tried three different conditions: no nap, a 25-minute nap, or a 45-minute nap. Researchers then tested their agility, sprinting ability, and how hard the exercises felt to see if napping made a difference.
