NCT ID NCT07314645
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 25-minute or 45-minute nap helps 16 male teen soccer players run faster, feel less tired, and stay sharp. Players did agility and sprint tests after no nap, a short nap, or a longer nap. Results showed napping improved agility and made exercise feel easier, but did not help them resist fatigue during repeated sprints.
