Summary

This early-stage trial is testing a new targeted cancer drug called DAY301 in people with advanced or spreading solid tumors. The study will first find the safest dose and then see if the drug can shrink tumors in cancers like ovarian, lung, breast, and others. About 254 patients who have already tried standard treatments will receive the experimental drug to check for side effects and early signs of effectiveness.
