New drug targets breast cancer brain tumors in early trial

Summary

This study tests a drug called datopotamab-deruxtecan in 20 people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink brain tumors. Participants must have newly diagnosed or growing brain metastases. The study is currently recruiting.
