Summary
This study tested a drug called dasatinib combined with standard chemotherapy in 30 adults newly diagnosed with a fast-growing leukemia (Ph+ ALL). The goal was to see if the combination helps people live longer and keeps the cancer away. Participants took dasatinib daily for up to 2 years after remission, and some also had a stem cell transplant.
