Summary
This study monitors 275 people in Japan receiving darvadstrocel, a special cell injection, for complex anal fistulas caused by Crohn's disease. Researchers will track side effects and whether fistulas close over 36 months. The goal is to see if this treatment safely improves symptoms and helps avoid long-term complications.
