This small study tested a digital therapy called DART that uses augmented reality to help people with Parkinson's disease and a deep brain stimulator improve their walking and balance. Seven adults completed the program, and researchers measured changes in motor function and walking distance. The goal was to see if the approach is safe and may help with movement problems.
