Summary
This study tested a drug called darovasertib in 15 people with a high-risk eye cancer called uveal melanoma. Participants took the drug for up to 4 weeks before eye removal surgery, and some continued for 6 months after. The main goal was to see if the drug is safe and tolerable, and to measure its effects on tumor size and cancer recurrence.
