New hope for men with Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. Researchers want to see if adding a drug called darolutamide to the usual first-choice treatments (like chemotherapy) can better control the cancer and delay its progression. The trial will involve 162 participants and will measure how long patients live without their cancer getting worse on scans.
