Summary

This study looks at how safe and effective the drug darolutamide is for men with prostate cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body and is no longer responding to hormone therapy. About 805 men are being observed in real-world clinics, where their doctors already chose to give them darolutamide. The goal is to track side effects and how the cancer responds over time.
