New hope for High-Risk prostate cancer: drug combo before surgery

Summary
This study tests two treatments for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. One group gets darolutamide alone, the other gets darolutamide plus hormone therapy. After 3-6 months, all men have surgery to remove the prostate. The goal is to see if the drugs shrink the cancer and improve surgery results. About 60 men will take part.
