Summary

This study will observe 500 men in Germany with advanced prostate cancer that has spread but still responds to hormone therapy. Doctors will track how well the combination of darolutamide (a newer hormone-blocking drug) plus standard hormone therapy works in everyday medical practice over 5 years. The main goal is to see how many men achieve very low prostate cancer marker levels after one year of treatment.
