Summary
This study tests whether adding daratumumab, a newer targeted therapy, to the standard Total Therapy approach helps people with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma live longer without their cancer getting worse. About 50 participants will receive the drug at different times during treatment. The goal is to improve progression-free survival, especially for those with high-risk disease.
