New drug may shield transplanted kidneys from silent attack

Summary

This study tests whether daratumumab can reduce microvascular inflammation in kidney transplant recipients. Twenty adults with signs of inflammation in their transplant biopsy will either receive the drug or standard monitoring. The goal is to see if the drug improves kidney health and function over one year.
