First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug daratumumab to standard chemotherapy can completely clear leukemia cells in adults aged 18-65 with very high-risk T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL). The main goal is to see if more patients have no detectable cancer after the first round of treatment. About 31 participants will receive daratumumab alongside a pediatric-inspired chemotherapy plan.
