Summary
This study tests whether adding daratumumab to three standard drugs (carfilzomib, lenalidomide, dexamethasone) is safe and effective for people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma. About 75 participants will receive the four-drug combination. The main goal is to see how many achieve minimal residual disease (MRD) negativity, meaning no cancer cells are detectable after treatment. This is a disease control study, as ongoing maintenance therapy is typically needed.
