First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone) in 41 people with multiple myeloma that has spread outside the bones (extramedullary disease). The goal is to see if this stronger treatment can shrink or control these hard-to-treat tumors. Participants are either newly diagnosed or have had only one prior treatment, and they will be followed for up to 5 years to monitor response and side effects.
