First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of four drugs (daratumumab, bortezomib, cyclophosphamide, and dexamethasone) in 30 people newly diagnosed with multiple myeloma who also have kidney failure. The goal is to see how well the treatment shrinks the cancer and improves kidney function after four treatment cycles. The study also looks at whether African American patients respond differently than others.
