This study looks at 50 adults in intensive care who overdosed on the diabetes drug metformin. Researchers want to find differences between those who took only metformin and those who also took dapagliflozin, another diabetes drug. By identifying unique signs, doctors could diagnose and treat combined overdoses faster.
