New drug combo aims to control advanced breast cancer

Summary
This study tests two different doses of dalpiciclib combined with letrozole as a first treatment for HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer. It will enroll 120 women aged 18-75. The goal is to see which dose works better to control the cancer and delay its growth.
