Summary
This completed pilot study looked at how everyday stress might harm blood vessels and thinking skills in middle-aged adults (40-55 years old). Seventeen participants tracked their stress online for 14 days, then had their blood vessel function tested in a lab. The goal was to see if stress-related blood vessel problems could lead to future memory or thinking decline.
