Summary
This study tests a combination of four drugs (daratumumab, clarithromycin, pomalidomide, and dexamethasone) in people with multiple myeloma whose cancer returned or did not respond after prior treatment with daratumumab. The goal is to see if this combo can shrink tumors more effectively than standard therapy. The study involves 11 participants and is currently active but not recruiting.
