New psoriasis pill shows promise in major trial

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called D-2570 against a placebo in 390 adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. The main goal is to see if D-2570 can clear at least 90% of skin plaques after 16 weeks of treatment. Participants must have stable psoriasis for 6 months and be candidates for systemic therapy.
