New lupus drug candidate D-2570 enters Mid-Stage trial

Summary
This study tests whether the experimental drug D-2570 can safely control symptoms in people with active systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). About 120 adults with moderate-to-severe lupus will receive either D-2570 or a placebo, and researchers will measure how many achieve a meaningful reduction in disease activity after 32 weeks. Participants must be on stable lupus treatment before joining.
