Summary
This early-stage study tested whether an experimental drug called CYT-108 is safe for people with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis. Nineteen participants received either the drug or a placebo injection into the knee, and were monitored for 26 weeks. The main goal was to check for side effects, while also measuring pain, stiffness, and daily function.
