Researchers test how cystic fibrosis drugs mix with common cholesterol medication
NCT ID NCT07349394
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how a new cystic fibrosis drug combination affects the body's processing of a common cholesterol medication called rosuvastatin. Researchers are testing this in 18 healthy volunteers to check for safety and measure drug levels in the blood. The goal is to gather information about potential interactions before testing in people with cystic fibrosis.
