New pill-and-shot combo targets hard-to-treat cancers with PTEN loss

Summary
This study tests a new combination of two drugs (CVL237 tablets and serplulimab injection) in people with advanced solid tumors that have lost or have low levels of a protein called PTEN. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink or control the cancer. About 180 adults aged 18-75 whose cancer has worsened after standard treatments will take part.
