Leg vein issues may slow recovery after knee surgery, new study warns

Summary
This study will follow 100 people getting knee replacements to see if those with chronic venous insufficiency (poor blood flow in leg veins) have more wound healing problems. Participants will have a Doppler ultrasound before surgery and be checked for complications over the next year. The goal is to help doctors identify high-risk patients and improve recovery plans.
