New drug combo targets Hard-to-Treat leukemia

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug called cusatuzumab, given alongside usual treatments, for adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) who cannot have strong chemotherapy. The main goal is to check the safety and side effects of this combination. About 61 participants will receive the drug to see if it is safe enough for further testing.
