First seen Feb 23, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 8 times
Summary
This study looked at whether a 4-week cultural sensitivity training program could improve nursing students' cultural awareness and reduce biased thinking. 67 fourth-year nursing students took part, with some receiving the training and others following their usual classes. The results will show if such training helps future nurses better understand and respect patients from different backgrounds.
