Summary
This study tests a wearable cuffless blood pressure monitor (CART BP Pro) in 400 Korean adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure. Participants are randomly assigned to use the device to guide their treatment or receive usual care. The goal is to see if the device helps lower average blood pressure over 24 hours after 24 weeks, compared to standard office measurements.
