This study looked at whether a tool called an external cueing device (ECD) can help young swimmers improve shoulder strength and stability. Thirty-six healthy teen swimmers used the ECD during their regular dry-land exercises for six weeks. Researchers measured changes in muscle strength and shoulder stability at the start, middle, and end of the program.
