Blood test could predict ovarian cancer drug success

Summary
This study is for people with a first-time diagnosis of high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Researchers will collect blood samples before surgery, after chemotherapy, and during maintenance therapy to look for circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA). The goal is to see if ctDNA can predict how well PARP inhibitors work and help detect cancer returning early. About 100 participants will be followed over time.
