Blood test may spot melanoma return before scans do
NCT ID NCT06246227
First seen May 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a simple blood test that finds tiny bits of tumor DNA can spot melanoma coming back earlier than current methods like scans. About 467 people with high-risk melanoma will give blood samples over time. The goal is to see if this test is accurate and could help doctors catch a recurrence sooner.
