Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called CT1390B in 18 adults aged 18-70 with acute myeloid leukemia that has come back or not responded to standard treatment. The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink the cancer. Participants must have a specific marker (CLL-1 positive) and be in fairly good health otherwise.
