Summary
This study looks at 82 adults with severe aortic stenosis who need open-heart surgery to replace their aortic valve. Researchers want to see if a CT scan taken before surgery gives the same valve size measurement as the tools used during the operation. The goal is to find out which method is more accurate for picking the right valve size.
