First seen Apr 29, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study tested a drug called CT-P13, given as a shot under the skin, in 192 adults with moderate-to-severe rheumatoid arthritis. The goal was to see if it reduces joint pain and swelling better than a placebo. Participants received either the drug or a dummy shot, and neither they nor their doctors knew which they got. The main measure of success was a 20% improvement in arthritis symptoms after 12 weeks.
