This study aimed to see if new CT scan methods could detect changes in bone density, structure, and marrow fat in people taking oral steroids for severe asthma. Researchers planned to compare steroid users to a control group, but the study was stopped early and only enrolled 2 participants. No conclusions can be drawn from this very small study.
