Summary
This study compares a new CT-angiography method to the standard four-vessel angiography for diagnosing brain death in 50 adults with severe brain injury. The goal is to see if the CT scan is just as accurate and reliable. If successful, it could offer a faster, less invasive way to confirm brain death.
