Summary
This study looked at how the drug CS1 changes small blood vessels in the lungs of people with pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Seven participants received CS1 and had special lung scans at the start and after 12 months. The goal was to see if CS1 could improve blood vessel structure, which might help control the disease.
